located in, and coming to, Waukesha County, Wisconsin

Firms recently awarded Leverage Loans:

■ Total Team Construction/ Logical Green Solutions in Waukesha. The firm retrofits energy-saving LED lighting, and it received a $40,000 loan for a $120,000 project.

■ DC Rockwood Investments/ Z2Marketing in Pewaukee. The firm is a media producer for commercial customers, and it received a $50,000 loan for a $1.2 million project.

■ Create-A-Pack Foods Inc. in Dousman. The firm provides packaging and packages products for the food industry, and it received a $45,000 loan for a $405,000 project.

■ Tundra Management/ Wi International Logistics, LLC, in New Berlin. The firm provides domestic and international shipping logistics, and it received a $50,000 loan for a nearly $1.3 million project.
