Education and workforce training are a priority in Waukesha County.

 

The County boasts access to some of the finest educational institutions in the nation, exceptional high school graduation rates (as of 2009, approximately 95% of residents had a high school degree or higher, well above the national and state average) and outstanding ACT scores.

 

 

 

 

You will find a well-trained workforce here, with percentages of residents with higher education exceeding metro area and state averages.

 

Opportunities for continuing education are available throughout the County: three colleges/universities (Carroll University, UW-Waukesha and Ottawa University)

as well as two campuses of the Waukesha County Technical College, working in
